% 10.01.2019 The counsel present seeks adjournment on the ground the arguing counsel Mr. Chander Shekhar is unable to come due to bereavement. It is noted that the matter has been adjourned several times in the past on the request of the counsel for the petitioner and has been pending now for more than two years.

It was observed on 17.04.2018 by the predecessor bench that it is essential to peruse the trial court record. Directions were given for the same to be requisitioned. The TCR has not been placed before the court till date. The court master informs that a letter was sent on 25.04.2018. One wonders why there has been no follow up on the said letter. Registrar (Appellate) shall inquire and make a report. He must also issue instructions that the orders of this kind do not need reiteration and CRL.M.C. 4352/2016

must be scrupulously complied with. Steps shall be taken to ensure due compliance before the next date.
