% 25.04.2017 The present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.311/2017, under Sections 120B/418/468/471/217 IPC, Section 5(b) of the Official Secret Act and Section 98(A) of the Assam Police Act, Police Station Paltan Bazar, Assam.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present bail application.

Consequently, on the request of the counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court having territorial jurisdiction.
