% 01.09.2016 Crl.M.A. 13515/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 3152/2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to issue direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the case in a time bound manner.

After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that no such direction can be issued to the Trial Court. The present petition is accordingly disposed of. However, the petitioner is at the liberty to move the application before the Trial Court, if so desires.
