% 01.10.2018 By this petition, the petitioner had sought the prayer that he be released on parole along with his wife who is also undergoing sentence in FIR No.151/1995 under Sections 498-A/304-B/34 IPC registered at PS Roop Nagar.

Learned Standing counsel for the State submits that both the petitioner and his wife namely Manisha have been released on parole simultaneously pursuant to the orders of the Government of NCT, Delhi. In view of this statement of learned Additional Counsel for the State, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition. Petition is disposed of.
