% 25.10.2016 Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are father and brother of petitioner No.1. Respondent No.4 is the classmate of petitioner No.1and is living in the same area. It is submitted that Petitioner No.1 has married petitioner No.2 against the wishes of her family member, including respondent Nos.2 and 3. The petitioners have alleged that respondent Nos.2 to 4 had threatened them with dire consequences.
Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are present in Court and submit that they have never threatened the petitioners nor have they any intention to cause any
harm to them.
Learned ASC appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 5 submits that beat staff has already been sensitised, inasmuch as telephone numbers of Beat Constable, Divisional Officer and the Station House Officer have already been provide to the petitioners, to whom they may contact, in case any threat is extended.
In view of the above statement made by respondent Nos. 2 to 4, the present petition is not pressed and is disposed of. A.K. PATHAK, J OCTOBER 25, 2016 tp
