O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 The award dated 29.04.2015 was passed by learned Presiding Officer, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi wherein compensation to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- each was directed to be paid to workmen Anwar, Lala Ram and Ram Ratan and Rs.75,000/- to workman Smt.Suman Rathore in lieu of their reinstatement with back wages along with consequential benefits etc.

The execution was stayed subject to management depositing Rs.3,00,000/- with the Registrar General. The said amount was deposited pursuant to the order dated 18.11.2016. The parties have settled for the said amount of Rs.3,00,000/- which is lying with the Registrar General.

During negotiations it was agreed that the amount of

Rs.3,00,000/- shall be divided as follows that Rs.81,250/- each shall go to workmen Anwar, Lala Ram and Ram Ratan and Rs.56,250/- to workman Smt.Suman Rathore. The interest accrued on the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- shall go in above ratio to the workmen. Any amount deposited with the PF authorities shall be released as per the rules. The management shall fully cooperate. Nothing remains in the petition.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of. Order dasti.
