O R D E R

% 26.10.2018 It is heartening to note that this dispute stands settled, by the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, as reflected in settlement agreement dated 17th September, 2018. According to the said settlement agreement, the petitioner would pay Rs.16,000/- to the Respondent No.2 and Rs.3,000/- each to Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 towards full and final settlement of all their claims and all other consequential benefits. Mr. Sanjay Goel appearing for the petitioner has handed over the said amount, in cash, to learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Both parties agreed to be bound by the terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement dated 17th September, 2018 which, accordingly, shall be treated as a part of this order.

The Registry is directed to release, to the petitioner, the amount deposited by the petitioner in this court, alongwith interest accrued

thereon till date.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
