1. The settlement agreement dated 1st September 2016 executed by the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre ('DHCMCC') is taken on record.

2. The suit is decreed in terms of the said settlement agreement. IA No. 11110/2016 is allowed.

I.A. No. 11111 of 2016 (Under Order 32 Rules 6 and 7 CPC)

3. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Mrs. Santosh Gupta alias Varsha Gupta , the mother and natural guardian of the Plaintiff Master Saksham Gupta is permitted to enter into agreement/compromise on behalf of the Plaintiff and receive money from the sale of his 50% share in CS (OS) 431/2016

the suit property at No. C-1/70, Ashok Vihar, Phase-II, Delhi-110052 as per the Settlement Agreement dated 1st September 2016 and execute the sale deed and for that matter appear before the concerned Sub-Registrar, Delhi. IA No. 10522/2016 (under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC)

4. In view of the above order, this pending application is disposed of.
