% 01.09.2016 Learned additional standing counsel submits that petitioner has availed three weeks furlough in the month of May, 2016. He further submitted that SI Dharmendra Pratap Singh PS Samaipur Badli had gone to the house of petitioner for verification when he found petitioner present in his house.

Petitioner informed him that he was on furlough which is expiring today.

In view of the above facts, I am not inclined to entertain this petition for parole by petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
