% 26.02.2020 This writ petition is field by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to demolish all the illegal and unauthorised construction being raised by respondent No.3 in the shape of second floor on the property bearing No.1205, Haveli Hisamuddin Haider, Ballimaran, Delhi.

A status report has been filed by respondent No.1/North DMC. As per the status report, demolition proceedings have been taken place. None has appeared for the petitioner. On the last date also none had appeared for the petitioner.

Respondent No.1/North DMC will deal with the said property as per law. Nothing further survives in the present petition. The petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
