% 31.08.2016 Present writ petition has been filed once again challenging the order dated 18th July, 2016 whereby the Appellate Tribunal MCD had dismissed the petitioner's appeal.

A similar writ petition filed by the petitioner on 27th August, 2016 being W.P.(C) 7408/2016 was dismissed with liberty to petitioner to file an appeal against the said order. It is not understood as to what has prompted the petitioner who appears in person to once again file the present writ petition. Consequently, present writ petition and applications are also dismissed with liberty to petitioner to file an appeal against the order dated 18th July, 2016 passed by the Appellate Tribunal MCD.
