CM(M) 831/2016 and CM No. 31162/2016 (for interim directions) and 31163/2016 (for dispensation) By the present petition, the petitioner has prayed that the application filed by the petitioner for recalling/modification of order dated 04.08.2016 be disposed of expeditiously. He submits that this petition has been filed as there is an imminent danger of the electricity and water supply being disconnected for the common areas which will lead to grave prejudice and irreparable loss and injury.

It is in the interest of justice that the petitioner approaches the trial court with an appropriate application pointing out the said urgency to request the trial court for disposal of the application on the appropriate date CM(M) 831/2016
