W.P.(C) 7601/2016 & C.M.No.31278/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the unauthorized and illegal construction being carried out on plots No.D-116 and D-117, Khasra No.292, Village Chhatarpur, New Delhi. His submission is that this structure is illegal.
On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. His submission is that this property has been booked and action in accordance with law shall be taken. Communication has also sent to the Competent Authority to disconnect the essential
supply to the aforenoted property. The submission of the respondent is noted; it is also noted that action in accordance with law shall be taken in true letter and spirit.
Learned counsel for petitioner admits that he is not a resident of the area where the disputed property is located. He is a resident of Chhatarpur. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that there is a civil dispute going on between the private parties and he is in the process of filing a suit. This submission of the petitioner is also noted.
No further order is called for.
