By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground to reestablish social ties and to repair the house and also challenges the communication dated 23rd July, 2018 whereby application seeking parole was rejected in view of the adverse police report and that he had availed the last parole w.e.f 6th November, 2017 by the order of this Court and two weeks furlough by the order of DG, Prisons.

Status report has been filed. As per the status report the family of the petitioner comprising of his wife and four children are residing at H.No. 475, Gali No. 6, Shaheed Nagar Chikamberpur near Wazir Netaji Chowk Distt. Ghaziabad, U.P. The status report also indicates that though the chalisa of the father has been performed on 1st October, 2018, however, the condition of the house of the applicant is very poor. Considering that the repair of the house is one of the ground seeking parole, this Court deems W.P.(CRL) 2423/2018 it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

As per the nominal roll though the petitioner has been granted thrice furlough in the year 2018, however, in the year 2018 no parole has been granted.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central, Jail No. 15, Mandoli.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
