The petitioner impugns order dated 05.08.2016, whereby, interim maintenance was assessed.

Petitioner, who appears in person, submits that the matter is listed before the Trial Court for final arguments in the main petition and he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh in case the need so arises.
