% 07.12.2016 CRL.M.A.19119/2016 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking rectification in order dated 29th September, 2016 filed on behalf of the petitioners. Arguments heard.

Learned APP for State submits that since it is a typographical error, he has no objection if the application is allowed. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present application is allowed.

The order dated 29th September, 2016 is modified to the extent that the FIR No. 3438/2009 be read as 438/2009.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
