% 25.10.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by certain illegal unauthorized construction which is being carried out at property bearing khasra No. 21/8-4-16, village Libaspur, Delhi. His submission is that he had made a complaint to the police authorities on 12.07.2016 as also to the revenue authorities but the same remained unanswered. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondents No.1, 3 & 4 has put in appearance. She submits that the averments in the writ petition disclose that somebody is occupying this property and unless the ejectment proceedings are taken over by the petitioner, nothing can be done by the respondent as it is for him to get illegal occupants ousted from the said property.

Be that as it may, in view of the submission of the petitioner

that his complaint to the police authorities dated 12.07.2016 remains unanswered, the same shall be dealt with and answered in accordance with law within an outer limit of two weeks from today. Petition disposed of.
