(Comm.) 189/2018 This petition has been jointly filed by the parties to the arbitration proceedings seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes between them.

Having perused the contents of the application, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from today.

The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
