The present application has been filed for rectification of the judgement dated 04.08.2017. It is pointed out that an error has crept in paragraph 12 of the said judgment inasmuch as respondent no.3 has been directed to provide the necessary information instead of respondent no.1. 2.

In view of the above, paragraph 12 of the judgment dated 04.08.2017 is rectified to read as under:- "12. Accordingly, respondent no.1 is directed to provide the necessary information or communicate the reasons for nondisclosure of the same to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today. In the event, the petitioner is not provided the information or is aggrieved by the orders passed by respondent no.1 the petitioner would be at liberty to avail all appropriate remedies as available under the Act."

It is further clarified that in view of the judgement dated 04.08.2017 being rectified today, respondent no.1 is directed to provide the information within three weeks from today.
