% 06.03.2018 It is noticed that after 24th January, 2017 on most dates, there has been no appearance for the Appellant. An application under Order 41 Rule 27 has been filed by the Appellant in which rejoinder has also not been filed. Even today, the matter has been passed over. None appears even on second call. The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

It is directed that no application for restoration shall be entertained without proof of depositing Rs.25,000/- as costs in favour of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
