% 04.04.2016 The petitioner has challenged the order of the Registrar dated 21.04.2015 by which an earlier order of 17.04.2015 was kept in abeyance. During the pendency of the writ petition, elections were completed and a new Managing Committee has taken charge. However, the correctness of the order of the Registrar has not been gone into in view of this Court's interim orders. The question as to the
correctness of the RCS determination that two members were not entitled to contest the elections needs to be gone into in the pending review petition. The Registrar is directed to consider all the rights and contentions of the parties in the said review proceedings and render his final order thereon within six weeks. The consequences of the said order shall be worked out in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. S. RAVINDRA BHAT, J DEEPA SHARMA, J APRIL 04, 2016 bg
