O R D E R

% 18.02.2020 It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 that Bangladesh Authorities have now responded and process of transfer of the petitioner to Bangladesh Jail is going on as per Article 13 of the Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the Government of the Republic of India on Transfer of sentenced persons.

Article 13 of the same reads as under:

"1.

If either Contracting State enters into agreement for the transfer of sentenced persons with any third State, the other Contracting State shall cooperate in facilitating the transit through its territory of the sentenced persons being transferred pursuant to such arrangements, except that it may refuse to grant transit to any sentenced person

who is one of its own nationals.

2.

The Contracting State intending to make such a transfer shall give advance notice to the other Contracting State of such transit.

In view of this, nothing survives in the petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
