% 18.09.2018 It is an admitted position that, the balance amount in the sum of Rs. 1,75,000/- has been received by the petitioner. The parties who are present in person, undertake that they shall file an appropriate application before the competent Court seeking divorce by mutual consent within 15 days from today in accordance with law.

The undertaking furnished on behalf of the parties is accepted and is taken on record.

The parties are directed to comply with the same without demur.

No further directions are called for in this petition. With the above directions, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
