% 08.09.2016 Mr Chetan Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the concerned Court has since heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and reserved its order in CC No.52/1/2012 titled as HDFC Bank Ltd. v. Indus Polyfilms Pvt. Ltd . Insofar as CC No.51/1/2012 between the same parties is concerned, the same has already been disposed of, in accordance with law.
In view of the foregoing, the only relief that was urged in the present petition has been satisfied since the subject matter pending before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate has been reserved for orders. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail any order that may be passed by the concerned Court in the subject proceedings as and when passed, in accordance with law.
The limited liberty is granted.
