% 19.02.2016 It appears that the parties have settled their disputes. The settlement agreement recorded by Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 10.12.2015 is on the record. The agreement records that a total sum of Rs.80,000/- was paid to the respondent in full and final settlement by the appellant. Clause (e) of the settlement also records that the parties agreed that the present appeal would be disposed of in its terms.
