% 17.02.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 09.12.2015 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator is placed on record. The parties have partitioned the suit property as per the said settlement. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement contained in the aforesaid settlement agreement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement contained in the said agreement. VIPIN SANGHI, J FEBRUARY 17, 2016 B.S. Rohella
