The present application has been filed by the Plaintiff seeking direction to the Defendant No.2 to provide the valuation reports of the properties which were submitted to this Court in pursuance of the Order dated 11.03.2024.

Material on record indicates that the present suit has been filed by the Plaintiff for partition of the suit properties which consists of two properties, namely, property being M-131, Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi-110048 consisting of basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor, and Farm Land admeasuring 47 kanals 09 marlas situated at rectangle No.51 and Khasra Nos.11 (8K 00M), 12 (8K 00M), 13 (7K 02M) and 14 (0K 18M), 18 (1K 04M), 19 (7K 03M), 20 (8K 0M), 21 (6K 02M), 22 (1K 0M), situated at village Daulatpur Nasirabad, Tehsil and District - Gurgaon (Haryana). During the pendency of the Suit, the matter was settled between the parties and the Suit was disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 27.05.2024 in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4.

By the present application, the Plaintiff seeks a direction to the Defendant No.2 to provide the valuation report. 5.

Learned Counsel for the Defendant No.2 states that the Defendant No.2 will provide the valuation Report as on 01.04.2002 of the abovementioned properties to the Plaintiff on or before 15.02.2025. 6.

Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff accepts the proposal of the learned Counsel for the Defendant No.2.

The present application is disposed of in the abovementioned terms.
