Mr. Hari Om Mehra is present in Court. He has produced his Aadhaar Card as proof of his identity, which has been shown to the Court and returned. Photocopy of the same has been retained. He states that he wishes to withdraw the present leave petition on account of settlement arrived at between the parties in mediation on 06.01.2016, copy of which is placed on record.
