At lunch time, finding that the items listed with effect from serial No.8 onwards would not reach, the Court Master was directed to give dates therein.

This matter was listed at item No.24 and date of 21st March, 2018 was given therein.

Mr. Rahul Rohtagi, Advocate has now mentioned the matter post 1630 hours and states that the petitioner has settled with the respondents and seeks to withdraw this petition.

This Rent Control Revision Petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 impugns the order [dated 27th May, 2016 in E.No.133/2015 of the Court of CCJ-cum-ARC-1 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi] granting leave to the respondents to defend the petition for eviction under Section 14(1)(e) of the Act filed by the petitioner. 5.

Though no notice of this petition was issued but the counsel for the respondents has been appearing.

The counsel for the petitioner on enquiry states that the petition for eviction from which this petition arises has not been withdrawn as yet but will be withdrawn in view of the settlement.

It is also found that the trial court record was ordered to be requisitioned.

Believing the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

9.

The date of 21st March, 2018 is cancelled.
