1. Mr. Harpreet Singh, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Respondents, informs that a letter dated 12th May, 2017 has been written to the Petitioner, seeking some documents. A copy thereof has been handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

2. It is directed that one week from the documents being furnished to the Respondent by the Petitioner, the necessary refund order will be issued. The refund amount along with interest due thereon under law should be paid to the Petitioner not later than two weeks thereafter. In the event of nonWP(C) No.3432 of 2017

compliance with the above directions, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
