% 06.02.2017 Mr Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner had moved the Supreme Court against the decision of the Division Bench in EFA(OS) No. 1/2015 setting aside the order dated 14.11.2014 passed by this Court. The Supreme Court has been pleased to stay the order passed by the Division Bench by an order dated 01.08.2016 passed in Special Leave Petition (C) No. 18827/2016.

In view of the same, the order passed by this Court on 14.11.2014 disposing of the present petition is operative. The parties are at liberty to revive the present petition subject to outcome of the above mentioned Special Leave Petition. VIBHU BAKHRU, J FEBRUARY 06, 2017/RK
