% 01.05.2018 Crl.M.A.7199/2018 By this application the petitioner seeks clarification of the order dated 13th March, 2018 for de-freezing of six more accounts which were in the joint names of the petitioner and his wife with the Punjab National Bank, Mid Corporate Branch, Connaught Place, New Delhi as the Punjab National Bank wrongly interpreted the order of this court dated 13th March, 2018. The petitioner before this Court was Sunil Bhargava and this Court vide order dated 13th March, 2018 directed defreezing of the individual accounts of the petitioner vis-a-vis the amount so deposited with M/s.Rank Mercantile Pvt. Ltd as in the FIR it was alleged that Archana Bhargava, the wife of the petitioner extended favour to the parties which was reciprocated W.P.(CRL) 1304/2017
in favour of M/s.Rank Mercantile Pvt. Ltd, a company wherein the petitioner and his son were the directors.
While passing the order dated 13th March, 2018, this Court did not specifically dwell into the issue of joint accounts or joint properties. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to take remedies in accordance with law in respect of the joint accounts held by the petitioner. Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
