Bail Appl. 1776/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was married with complainant on 4th February, 2016. Complainant came to his house on 4th February, 2016. After the reception held on 6th February, 2016 complainant left for her house. She hardly stayed for one day with the petitioner. She lodged a complaint of unnatural sex pursuant whereof FIR No. 196/16 under Section 377 IPC was registered at police station Aman Vihar. Petitioner was arrested and remained in judicial custody for 51 days

and thereafter was released on bail.

It is submitted that present FIR 472/16 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC has been registered at police station Jamia Nagar in the similar facts and by adding allegations of demand of dowry and harassment by the petitioner and his entire family.

Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application on the ground that specific allegations have been levelled in the FIR. However, keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as detailed above, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
