We note, that on September 02, 2016, the writ petition was dismissed and the appearance of Mr. Sachin Chandra and Ms. Poonam Saha was recorded for respondents 1 to 3. Mr. Chandra states that he was engaged by respondents 1 to 3 and had appeared for them but inadvertently, his appearance has not been recorded in the order.

Noting the contents of the application, the name of Mr. Sarat Chandra, Advocate stands recorded in the order dated September 02, 2016. As and when certified copy of order dated September 02, 2016 is issued, a copy of the order passed today shall also be issued.

Application stands disposed of.
