W.P.(CRL) 1310/2017 & CRL.M.A.7296/2017 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking protection at the hands of the respondents.

The narration made in the petition do not make out any case for affording protection to the petitioner. There have been litigations between the parties for the last more than 15 years. Many cases also have been filed against the respondents, at the instance of the petitioner.

No case has been made out for granting any relief to the petitioner in terms of his prayer.

The writ petition is dismissed.
