% 13.11.2018 Vide order dated 22.12.2015 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial), this matter was transferred to the East District, Karkardooma Courts, in view of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015. Now this matter has been received back from the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in terms of order dated 02.11.2018 read with order dated 01.11.2018 on the ground that the said Court lacks territorial jurisdiction to entertain and try this suit since the suit property is stated to be situated in the area of Gandhi Nagar which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District.
