% 26.09.2017 An alternate site has been provided to the petitioner at R. K. Puram, Sector IV Market.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that site be demarcated by the respondents to enable the petitioner to vend in the market peacefully. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection Accordingly, for the reason that the father of the petitioner is hospitalised and is suffering from Cancer, the concerned Inspector for respondent No.1 would demarcate the site for the petitioner on a date to be informed by the petitioner to the concerned Inspector. The order passed by this Court shall be brought to the SHO

concerned who will deploy one Constable at the time, when the site is handed over to the petitioner and earmarked.

With these directions, the present petition is disposed of, as prayed.
