% 26.04.2017 Issue show cause notice to respondent no.1. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 accepts notice.

In fact, at present, relief is prayed only against the respondent no.1 as even allotment letter has not been issued. Therefore, notice need not be issued to the respondent no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's 1/4th share in the total land admeasuring 99 Bighas and 16 Biswas falling part of Khasra Nos. 156(1-08), 157(4-16), 158(4-19), 159(4-16), 160(4-16), 162(4-16), 163(4-16), 166(4-16), 196(4-16), 197(4-16), 198(4-16), 199(4-16), 202(105), 203(3-09), 204(4-16), 205(4-05), 206(4-05), 207(4-16), 208(4-16), 209(4-05), 210(4-05), 211(4-16), 269(4-11) situated in the revenue village Raja Pur Kalan, Narela was acquired vide Award No. 10/2004-05 dated 6th

July, 2004. Petitioner's father applied for the allotment of an alternative plot in lieu of the acquired land vide application dated 22nd March, 2005. Petitioner's father expired on 11th May, 2012 leaving behind two daughters and five sons. The other legal heirs relinquished their rights in favour of the petitioner vide Relinquishment Deed dated 8th September, 2015. It is submitted that on 23rd September, 2015 petitioner appeared before the Recommendation Committee.

Additional documents sought by the respondent no.1 vide letter dated 2nd December, 2015 were also furnished, however, petitioner's application has yet not been decided. Writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no.1 to dispose of the application of the petitioner for allotment of an alternative plot expeditiously, as per the seniority list. However, it is made clear that in case, any other document or information is required from the petitioner, the same may be obtained from him within four weeks from today. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
