Ms. Nikita Raj, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.
Counsel for the respondent says that, she does not wish to file a reply, as she does not oppose, the prayer made in the petition. 4.
This is a petition filed for extension of time. 5.
Mr. Chandwani, who, appears for the petitioner says that the arbitration commenced on 23.03.2017.

It is the learned counsel's submission that after the statutory 12 months period was over, parties agreed to extend the time by 6 months, which expired on 23.09.2018.

I am further informed by the counsel for the parties that oral submissions have been made and time has been granted to parties to file their written submissions in the matter. 8.
Accordingly, as prayed, time for pronouncing and publishing the award is extended till 30.11.2018.
