% 26.04.2017 Issue show cause notice to the respondent no.1. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 accepts notice. In fact, at present, relief is prayed only against the respondent no.1 as even the allotment letter has not been issued. Therefore, notice need not be issued to the respondent no. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's 1/6th share in the total land admeasuring 12 Bighas forming part of Khasra Nos. 79/21 Min (2-8), 82/11 (4-16), 22 (4-16) in the revenue estate of village Narela was acquired vide Award No. 24/2003-04 dated 29th January, 2004. Petitioner applied for the allotment of an alternative plot in lieu of his acquired land vide application dated 1st March, 2005, but the same has yet not been decided by the respondent no.1.
Writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no.1 to dispose of the application of the petitioner for allotment of an alternative plot expeditiously, as per the seniority list. It is also made clear that in case, any other document or information is required from the petitioner, the same may be obtained from him by the respondent no.1 within four weeks from today.
