This appeal is against an order dated 19th August, 2016 whereby notice has been directed to be issued. Ms.Rajeshwari, Advocate appearing for the respondent accepted notice. FAO(OS) (COMM) 68/2016

By the aforesaid order, counter was directed to be filed within a period of two weeks and rejoinder, if any, within a week, thereafter. 3.
The matter has been directed to be listed on 5th October, 2016. 4.
We find no reason at all to interfere with the aforesaid order. If there is urgency in the matter, as contended by Mr.Prashant Gupta, Mr.Prashant Gupta's client may request the learned Single Bench to expeditiously dispose of the matter within a time frame. 5.
The appeal and the connected application are disposed of with the above observations.

We have no reason to suppose that the matter will not be disposed of expeditiously within a time frame even if a request is made, considering the urgency.
