The substantive prayer made in the writ petition is as follows:- "(b) Issue a writ of mandamus or order or direction, in the nature of a writ, directing the Respondents to refund the Court Fees of Rs. 8,03,500/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Three Thousand Five Hundred Only)."

Learned counsel who appears for the respondents says that the refund of court fees has been made. The said statement is taken on record. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

In case of any difficulty, the petitioner is given leave to approach the Court for revival of the writ petition.
