The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the order dated 27.07.2018 (hereafter 'the impugned order'), whereby the petitioner's authorization for running a Fair Price Shop (hereafter the "FPS") was suspended. A plain reading of the impugned order indicates that the petitioner was called upon to show cause why the authorisation for the FPS be not terminated. A hearing was afforded to the petitioner on 02.08.2018. However, on that date, the petitioner sought time of two weeks to file a detailed reply.

This Court is informed that the matter is now listed on 04.09.2018 before the concerned officer.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of by directing the

concerned Authority to conclude the hearing on 04.09.2018 and pass an order within one week thereafter.
