% 30.08.2016 The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.807/2014 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 325/34/352/ 34 IPC against the petitioners.

The petitioners and the complainants are present in Court. They are identified by the Investigating Officer. They have also produced their identity card, which has been shown to the Court and returned. The parties have arrived at a settlement on 16.08.2016, which has been placed on record. The parties jointly pray for quashing of the FIR in

question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings arising therefrom. The same are hereby quashed subject to payment costs of Rs.25,000/- with Prime Minister's National Relief Fund. Receipt of costs be deposited with the I.O. within two weeks.
