% 10.08.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent who is present on an advanced notice states on instructions that the petitioner would be provided break up of the score of 60 marks in evaluation. The aforesaid break up would be given on or before 12:00 noon on 14.08.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if advised. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on merits. CM Nos. 32368-32369/2018 are also disposed of.
