Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter already stands disposed of vide order dated 20.09.2018. It is also pointed out that the entire amount of compensation has been paid to the respondent as well. Hence, nothing survives in the present appeal and the same has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are called for in the present appeal.

At this stage, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the appellant that the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court on 03.06.2025.
