% 03.10.2016 In this petition, the claim is for refund of pre-deposit amounts. While entertaining the petition on 31.08.2016, the Court had issued directions to ensure that the amounts entitled to the petitioner are refunded along with applicable interest.

In the light of these directions, this Court is informed today that a Refund Order dated 29.09.2016 for the sum of `52,72,083/- was made and forwarded to the petitioner. It is stated that this amount includes the updated interest. The respondents shall ensure that the amounts are credited to the petitioner's bank account within the next one week. The petition is disposed of in view of the above

developments.
