% 25.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 & 3 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 49/2004 under Sections 419/420/468/34 IPC registered at police station Special Cell on the complaint of respondent No.2 may be quashed.

Mohd. Zafri, authorised representative of respondent No.2, namely, ICICI Bank Ltd. and Sh.

Jagdish Salwan, authorised representative of respondent No.3, namely, Citi Bank are present in Court along with their counsel. They submit that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 & 3

without any force, pressure or coercion. It is further stated that the settled amount has already been paid by the petitioners in terms of the Memorandums of Understanding.

Keeping in mind that petitioners and respondent nos.2 & 3 have settled their disputes amicably, inasmuch as settled and amount stands paid and the respondent nos.2 & 3 are not interested in pursuing the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 49/2004 under Sections 419/420/468/34 IPC registered at police station Special Cell, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
