% 30.08.2016 Matter has been called three times. SDMC has requested for passover at the first call.

Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased land measuring 130 sq. yards in Khasra No.134/1, 167, 169 situated at Gali No.22, Opposite Khanga Masjid, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. No document has been placed on record to substantiate this stand. His contention is that respondent no.3 has encroached upon the land and started illegal and unauthorized construction thereupon. This was without sanction plan. In spite of complaint having been made to the police no action has been taken. Respondent no.1 will take all actions in accordance with law

and if there is any alleged illegal construction the same shall be given its logical end in accordance law.

Learned counsel for petitioner fairly and candidly admits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and private respondent and he is proposing to file a suit in this regard. This submission of the petitioner is noted.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
