O R D E R

% 26.10.2016 Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that the Investigating Officer has already been changed and presently the investigations are being conducted by Sub Inspector Amit Kumar. It is further submitted that one accused was arrested, who has been released on bail by the Sessions Court on 20th January, 2016. Four other accused are on anticipatory bail. The remaining accused, Ankit Saxena, has not joined investigation and nonbailable warrants have been issued against him. Learned Additional Standing Counsel further submits that investigations would be completed expeditiously, and preferably within two months. In view of this statement, the petition is not pressed and it is disposed of.
